| The boiler work has been completed. Hydrostatic testing will follow. The new cab has been fabricated from sheet steel and is in the process of sandblasing and painting. Once these tasks are done, the cab will be lined with pine boards in keeping with the original appearance. The next major work concentrates on the running gear, inspecting and cleaning the side and main rods along with testing the springs for all the wheels. |
