The trips took place on October 7th & 8th, 2000 over the Fox Valley and Western
subdivision of the Wisconsin Central Railroad. The weather was a bit nippy
for this time of year, but the chill was removed with in-car heaters during
the nightime hours. Including a stop for water in Dodge, the trips left
around 9:30 A.M., and returned between 2:30
and 3:00 P.M. on both days.
Following the return on Sunday afternoon, the train proceeded to Merrillan, WI where it tied up for the evening before continuing to the Altoona Roundhouse on Monday the 9th. |
